As parents it's unbelievable to think about all of those milestones Jacob has flown through in the past year. On one hand it is sad to look back on how much our little guy has changed because he is becoming more of a little boy and no longer our little baby. But on the other hand we are so very proud of the little person he is becoming!!!
In the last year Jacob has changed from...
Little 7 lbs 14 oz ...to Big 24lbs.
No teeth ...to teeth.
Crawling to....walking

It's been an amazing year for our family and we can't wait for the new adventures we will have with our little guy!
